I was pleased to get the cookbook and it’s beautiful. My only comment is that I am confused as I will never cook with a camp oven. After being given food poisoning by a former friend who demanded to cook in a camp oven I said never again!! I had hoped that there would be different options for cooking in caravans; air fryer, microwave, Webber q, stovetop and oven.
So I now don’t think I will use the cookbook. I’m quite sad about that.

I love that the recipes are a lot of family favorite's just done better. I made the vanilla cake last night and hubby was convinced it was store brought!

There are some great ideas about packing and preparation before you leave to go camping or caravanning!
We found them very useful, things we'd never thought of and we have been caravanning for over 40 years!
