Do I need fancy ingredients?

When it comes to gluten-free cooking you do need to use a few alternate ingredients, but all of these can be sourced in the supermarket, health food stores or online.

Do these recipes contain nuts?  Are they mostly almond meal based for example?

No not at all!  If you scroll up a bit there is a full contents list with allergy information.
